We participate with a number of health insurance plans and our staff is familiar with their procedures and policies. Your benefits will be checked by our office staff at your visit and determine you responsibility.

We suggest that you always check your benefits for services that are going to be provided to you, so you may assure you have coverage. Checking benefits with an insurance company does not always guarantee coverage.

Some insurance plans require authorization from the primary care physician for certain office visits and procedures. It will be your responsibility to pursue some of these authorizations; however we will help you as much as we can. We ask you to be patient with us regarding these health plans.
